Positano is located on the Amalfi Coast, 55 km from
Naples.
| By Plane - Fly
into Rome (Airport Code FCO)
|
| By Train - Take a
ES (Euro Star) train from Rome to Naples. Arrive
at Naples Central Station. For current train schedules, visit: www.fs-on-line.it

| From
Naples you can take the Circumvesuviana (a commuter train) to Sorrento.
It
takes about an hour. From there take a SITA bus or a cab to Positano
(which takes about 1/2 hour).

| From
Naples you can also take a boat (ferry) to Positano.
|
| You
can take the Hydrofoil that departs from Naples (Mergellina). The
timetable for Naples-Positano (direct) hydrofoil services is on: www.metrodelmare.com
(click on route MM2). Journey time is ~1 hour and the fare is ~ 10
Euros.

| You
can also hire a driver to pick you up in Naples, the cost is approximately
95 Euros, but well worth it. You can have a driver pick you up in
Rome as well but it will cost more, around 360 Euros.
